Does Your Child Want To Be The Next American Ninja Warrior?

Pulse Kids- Lil Ninja FITNESS is inspired by the hit TV show-American Ninja Warrior on NBC. Pulse’s program challenges kids to run, jump and climb through obstacle courses and jungle gym play area to improve agility, coordination, balance, and athletic skills.

 

In our non-competitive environment, children are encouraged to explore with structured activities during birthdays and classes, and to play on their own during open gym. This program is perfect for:

  • Kids who are not enrolled in competitive sports
  • Kids who are in off-season from sports

 

Lil Ninja Fitness is the perfect place for your kids to make new friends, get their energy out in our safe space, learn new skills, increase their physical strength and agility, and so much more. Pulse’s instructors are trained to combine all fitness aspects with the Lil Ninja program.

 

While we do offer drop in classes, the Pulse Kids- Lil Ninja FITNESS program is recommended for 1-2x per week enrollment. We offer Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday classes for grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. If your child is older, please let us know and we can advise you on how to make this program a positive experience for your adolescent.

$160 for 8 weeks, once per week (you can sign up for 2x/week too!)
